Responsibilities
• Support in the management and maintenance of the B2B product catalog: product creation, deletion, modifications, and version control.
• Management and updating of product and customer master data in internal systems (ERP, PIM, CRM).
• Review, update, and upload of prices, rate cards, and commercial conditions per client and market.
• Documentation and centralization of product information: technical sheets, specifications, certifications, photographs, and commercial materials.
• Support Account Managers and sales agents in the preparation of budgets, presentations, and documentation for B2B clients.
• Coordination with Product, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistency of product information.
• Resolution of incidents and administrative inquiries from B2B clients.
• Generation of reports and recurring data extractions in Excel for channel tracking (sales, stock, compliance, margins).
• Support in the preparation of documentation for tenders, RFIs/RFQs, and contract projects.
